Enrollment:                 Customers wishing to participate will be required to sign-up via website registration OR in-person at the branch.

Promo Terms & Conditions:

• Customers who wish to participate must provide their current contact information by 3/31/08 to be automatically entered into our qualifying database and an entry for a drawing for an award to be rewarded in April 08.

• Invitation to enroll will double as an entry into a drawing for a $500 value gift (TBD) to be rewarded in April 08.
• Customers who wish to participate must confirm their contact information by 3/31/08
• Qualifying purchase dates for First Half Gains promotion are 1/1/08 – 6/30/08 only.
• Achievement of above 2008 reward levels is based upon sales GROWTH amount over January -June 2007 purchases.
• Customers who did not have Jan – June 2007 sales will be eligible for rewards if they hit above net sales amounts.
• Final January – June 2008 sales qualifier will be combined customer NET SALES only – after all discounts, credits, returns are applied.  Final net sales DO include freight/delivery amounts, but do NOT include sales tax.
• Results will be tabulated no later than July 15, 2008
• ALL INCREMENTAL NET SALES LEVELS MAY BE SPLIT IN DOLLAR VALUES TO OBTAIN MULTIPLE AWARDS BY LEVEL.  For example, customer grows business by $30,000 may opt for 6 - $5,000 level prizes or any combination up to total growth amount. Customer may exceed growth target of $50k, but they may receive limitless rewards by the increments in multiples below.
• Customer’s account must be current to agreed upon terms and in good standing by June 30, 2008, to maintain eligibility for reward.  If customer’s account is not current as of June 30, 2008, they will be ineligible for reward.
• Qualified customers must choose EITHER the gift option(s) OR the rebate credit.  If the rebate credit is chosen, it must be spent with Skinner Nurseries no later than October 31, 2008.
• Gifts will be delivered to qualified customers no later than August 31, 2008.  Horizon Loyalty will fulfill orders on behalf of Skinner Nurseries.
• Gift selections are final – no substitutions
• Customers who enroll in First Half Gains promotion will then be eligible to accumulate ‘points’ on their July – December 2008 purchases in lieu of a full points-based 2009 program.  (point value prizes to be determined at a later date)
