FNGA ELECTS PAUL HOFFMAN AS PRESIDENT OF THE NORTHEAST CHAPTER
Jacksonville, Florida – On June 29, Paul Hoffman, Direct Salesperson for Skinner Nurseries was elected as President of the Northeast Chapter of the Florida Nurserymen Growers Association. Already a member of the Greenscape Board of Directors, the American Society of Landscape Architects, and the Golf Course Superintendents Association of American, Paul is committed to a hands on approach in supporting and helping promote these green industry organizations. FNGA works to unify the industry by providing such things as marketing programs, educational opportunities for members,communication of industry issues, and accreditations to interested individuals.
Originally from northeast Ohio, Paul moved to Jacksonville after attending the University of Cincinnati to work as an assistant golf professional for the TPC at Sawgrass. After joining Skinner Nurseries 5 years ago as an Inside Sales Representative, Paul has since moved up to Direct Sales for the north Florida region. Paul works primarily with developers, landscape architects and landscape contractors in the early stages of planning large scale developments. Paul is proficient in assisting with availability, cost analysis and job development.
Now known as one of the South’s leading producers and distributors of container grown trees and other green goods, Skinner Nurseries has fourteen distribution centers and two growing facilities strategically located across the Sunbelt.
