SKINNER NURSERIES HIRES NEW BRANCH MANAGER

Houston, Texas – Philip Goodwin, Regional Manager for Skinner Nurseries, announced that Sterling Dees has been hired as the new branch manager for their Houston distribution center located at 3802 Barker Cypress Road.

Sterling has over 21 years experience in the green industry, most of which was spent as the owner of a high-end residential landscape design/contract firm. Most recently Sterling served as an outside sales manager for a national landscape supply store. “We are very fortunate to have found someone like Sterling with his extensive knowledge and background in the industry. I think Sterling is a great addition to our already strong team in the Houston center,” stated Philip Goodwin.

With 14 distribution centers located across the Southeast, Skinner Nurseries continues to expand its network of coverage providing a wide range of material from annual color, shrubs, large trees, and palms to a full line of hardlines, including mulch and soil.
