HURRICANE JEANNE

Jacksonville, Florida – Skinner Nurseries is open for business on Monday, September 27, 2004 the day after Hurricane Jeanne made its way through the State of Florida. Hurricane Jeanne followed a similar track as Hurricane Frances, three weeks ago and its impact was felt by all Florida branches of Skinner Nurseries. “Due to excellent preparation and strong execution by our team, we are open for business in all facilities. We are loading and shipping trucks from our farms and suppliers in Florida today,” stated Kevin Van Dyke, Chief Operating Officer. “Our business purpose is to be reliable and the core values of our Company are based upon resiliency and being prepared to meet the challenges of our business.
