SKINNER NURSERIES HOUSTON HIRES NEW INSIDE SALES PERSON

Houston, Texas – Skinner Nurseries has announced the hiring of Colin Kenjura filling a position of inside sales at their Houston distribution center. Colin comes to Skinner with 13 years experience in a retail nursery chain and 5 in commercial landscape construction and maintenance.

Colin graduated from the University of Houston with a B.S. in Environmental Science. Possessing a Texas Department of Agriculture license in Turf and Ornamental Plants and Aquatic Plant and Animal Control, Colin is well trained to help landscape contractors with their plant selections. Colin is currently working on renewing his Texas Certified Nursery Professional license. “We are excited about having Colin as a part of our team. His well rounded knowledge makes him a natural choice for contractors who want to ensure they are picking plants which will work best for them in the environment where they will reside,” stated Philip Goodwin, Branch Manager for the Skinner Nurseries Houston distribution center.
