SKINNER NURSERIES OPENS STOCKED DISTRIBUTION YARD

Tampa, Florida – Skinner Nurseries’ distribution center located in Thonotosassa just northeast of Tampa has now opened a fully stocked distribution yard. The yard is a total of six acres with five actively in use. They have available a large selection of trees, shrubs, palms, tropicals, mulches and hardgoods. The yard also features a specimen palm
selection, which contains a variety of unique and striking palms geared to make an impressive impact on any project or design.

The branch is easily reached by heading east on I-4 from Tampa to 301 North, exiting east on Harney Road and traveling ¾ of a mile. Already proficient in servicing customers with direct delivery, the distribution yard now allows customers the option of seeing and picking up their plant material. “Our goal is to serve all the requirements of landscape professionals in the area making us a one-stop solution for their plant needs,” stated Rob Sulzer, Branch Manager for the center. After the yard is more established, a celebration at the center is planned for sometime in the fall.
